   It's a great place to chill. In the center you can find a pond full of life. You can even feed the wildlife if you have bird food with you. There's a good area to enjoy the sun (when there's sun) with your friends or family. It's nearby the Meadowbank so you can always grab a coffee and take a walk around the park.

   A wonderful place to see water birds. There's a small children's playpark and some open areas of grass but the main attraction is the wonderful loch which is left very wild and surrounded by a low fence so that the birds are left undisturbed. Because of the fence, the birds feel safe and come right onto the banks for great close up views. I'm no expert birder but saw Coots, Moorhens,Ducks, Swans, Herons, Gulls of different types. I'm sure there are others. Also a large medieval doocot which was used as a 'plague kiln' in the 17th century. A lot of areas left intentionally wild and with dense cover make this place a fantastic wildlife haven. Slightly hidden away I highly recommend searching it out, it's very close to Meadowbank sports centre.

   It's a lovely park and fantastic when quiet. There are a lot of off-lead dogs without proper recall, bare this in mind if you also have a reactive dog as it's a common occurrence. For the most part, people are respectful of your space.

   Lovely walk with some beautiful views. Lots of other dog owners out on walks here so was a great social for my pups. Lots of wildlife, some history and a wee play park

   Great space. The pond is an amazing place for a dog walk or a quick recharge on lunch from the office. Only down side is that in the winter the mud is insane, especially if you plan to do the circuit of the pond. Resurfacing the patch could help, but make sure you wear proper shoes in cold wet weather. The range of bird that make their home in this urban green space is amazing.

   Beautiful in summer although cannot walk fully round as the water is overflowing blocking the path. Lots of wildlife but needs to be drained and the number of trolleys (yes trolleys) removed. Apart from that, I love the place!
