Been with them on 27.12.2024. Staff were friendly and attentive. Authenticity was spot on. Vintage bus. Christmas New Years vibe. The food was delicious and the drinks were more than enough! I would definitely recommend it.

Not worth over Β£40 per person for afternoon tea and a drive around glasgow. There was no commentary so visitors outside of glasgow wouldn't know what they were seeing (which was mostly old buildings or a knocked down hospital.) There are nicer places to see in Glasgow but unfortunately they weren't part of the tour.. Id advise anyone thinking of booking the Red Bus Bistro in Glasgow to get a paper tour guide, do your own sightseeing and save your money for a nice lunch!

Booked for my mums birthday through Groupon and was told that they would contact me by email confirming booking and pick up. Had been trying to contact them for two days and emailed them and eventually got to speak to someone and asked for a refund as we would be struggling to get to the pick up point as we were still at home and not wanting to travel without the confirmation as promised. Customer service needs a complete overhaul!!!

After several staff incompetence issues messing up my wedding booking, they asked me for more money again to honour my wedding day after I had already paid the previously agreed price in full. They said with the cost of fuel rising and staff errors they couldnt do it for price we had already agreed anymore. This happened with only a few months to go til the big day! Their attitude was disgusting, their apologies were meaningless 'sorry but it's not our fault' basically and instead pinning mistakes on an ex "disgruntled" staff member, ( Their words). It was 100% no fault of mine, the customer. The inner goings on of their work place should be none of my concern. They were unreliable when going to view the venue, cancelling last min, less than 24hrs, resulting on me using two holidays from work to view the bus on their schedule. I've had to replan my entire wedding with months to go as I lost complete faith in them delivering me what I was sold. They did refund me fully, thankfully. This has been distressing and costly as everything was booked and planned around this venue, date and time and now it's all had to changed and money has been lost on my end. It's been more than a headache. In my experience this company have been unreliable, unprofessional, possess a bad attitude and shouldnt be handling weddings until they have the competent staff to deal with such huge events. Some customer service and admin training would be useful too. Be careful brides and grooms to be.

Had a lovely day out yesterday, went on the Gin tour, the staff were very welcoming, attentive & friendly. The tour itself was good, the ride was smooth. Being an east end Glaswegian, we passed places I hadnβt been for years. Weβve already booked the Gin tour in Edinburgh for next month when we have visitors coming up from down south. Thanks for a lovely wee day out.

An absolutely fantastic afternoon tea, from start to finish! The staff were so friendly and very efficient, they made the afternoon to be honest, totally on the ball, nothing was a problem. The food was so lovely and fresh, beautifully presented and very tasty. Saw parts of Glasgow I hadnβt even known existed and there was a wee commentary now and again keeping us well informed as to where we were! Fantastic sing along type tunes were played and I had a happy birthday rendition from everyone too! Will most certainly be back!!

Enjoyable but short afternoon tea tour of Glasgow, being only an hour and a half. Food & beverages excellent and ample, also catering for gluten free. Commentary very difficult to hear over the continuous piped music. With no toilet on board perhaps a scheduled comfort stop should be included. Staff were friendly & attentive.
