   Following a technical glitch with my credit card when tapping in at a station, TfL had informed me that they were intending to prosecute me for fare evasion. Victoria Duffy at BSB Solicitors handled my case, and was able to get TfL to drop the charges within a short period of time. I was very impressed with the quality of Victoria's work, her communication and responsiveness and her general professionalism throughout. I can't emphasise enough how much I appreciate all of her effort and work in achieving a favourable result. I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a similar situation with TfL.

   I had an issue with TFL as I was mistakenly using my father’s 60+Oyster card and was caught. I hired BSB solicitor Victoria Duffy, who supported me throughout the process.    After a very stressful situation over a £3 oversight for a train ticket through Chiltern Railways Annie dealt with the problem in a very efficient manner. I was initially dealing with Victoria unfortunately she went on holiday a couple of days before the deadline without my knowledge which caused more stress to myself and my 18 year old daughter. Thankfully Annie picked up my case and was on the ball at all times, she secured an out of court settlement which I am thankful for. Annie is professional and extremely efficient, I would definitely contact Annie again if I am in need of a solicitor.
