   One of the worst people I have ever had to deal with. SALLY ANDREWS should be struck off. It took her 6 years to sort my friends simple probate out then charged £12000. She was absolutely useless would never answer the telephone would never answer emails we had to put in a formal complaint, complaint to legal ombudsman, complain to her manager complaint to the co of the company Neil sandy who wasn’t any better. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Due to circumstances we were away for a significant period during the sale and then needed to exchange and complete in a short space of time but this was all handled very smoothly.    Tracy Gower and her assistant Julie Bowen have been truly marvellous! I would highly recommend them and most definitely use Tracy again should I need to sell or buy a property. Recently my sister and I had to move our mother into a care home and we needed to sell her house as quickly as possible to pay the care home fees. Tracy was recommended to us as being very fast and efficient and my goodness, she was absolutely brilliant! Not only was she and her team fast and super-efficient but kind, helpful, great at explaining and communicating things clearly and had a really good interface with our estate agent.
