   Absolutely incredible. Wonderful staff, put me at ease straight away and so talented at what they do! As a plus sized woman, this is the first time I've ever been to a spa where the bed is wide enough to accommodate me. Usually I can't relax fully because I'm not comfortable on the bed, but this was such a lovely experience. Same with the towels, I was completely covered by them. I cannot recommend enough!!

   Had the Pamper Me package on a difficult day and the team made me feel super welcome. The massage introduced heat and aromatherapy and was just what I needed, and the facial was relaxing and refreshing. My nails are looking gorgeous all around and although I was expecting shellac and got offered gel instead I was having such a nice time I didn‘t mind (and had regular polish instead). Would recommend and return. Seemed like a well-loved by the local community spot too.

   I did love my treatment. I will return but i had to cancel my next appt temporarily due to some other commitments but 3 little things I would Comment on and this is the only reason why ive done 4*. I don't like talking during massages but I also don't like to ignore someone talking to me. This is more an awareness part of a young learning aspiring beauty therapist who as herself was a simply wonderful person who I loved being with I just would like to switch off during a treatment. Secondly, the essential oils use was inexperienced. The lavendar was so strong i had a headache the rest of the day. Lastly was the upselling after my treatment and blast of brightness with the light and blinds being opened. I like a few mins to come round and just allow that relaxation to extend and be left to dress. We ended up having a full blown Convo about further treatments and yes I did ask questions but again I didn't want to be rude. I hear you are also moving premises which is good to hear because those steps were terrifyingly steep! I hope this isn't seen as a complaint but more constructive feedback as I do want to return but I did say before hand I like to switch off, my 4 year old never shuts up so even more so. Thankyou though for a wonderful treatment and if welcome I will be back soon xx

   I recently had an afternoon of treatments at Complexion Medispa.... microdemabrasion followed by mask, body scrub and massage, eyebrow tidy and tint, eyelash tint and pedicure. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, my therapist was both professional and friendly. The treatments were high quality and I left feeling wonderfully relaxed. I can't recommend Complexion highly enough!

   I have had various treatments at Complexion Medispa including a Diamond tipped microdermabrasion, Shellac nails and a spray tan. It is a beautiful salon and the therapists are friendly,knowledgeable and professional.
