   Ravandeep who is under Sharon Bell was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me time to talk and explained things very well to me. She was very reassuring and also very fair. She even said that we should weigh up whether it was worth paying out for a solicitor depending on what I would gain in return from the case. These people are very easy to work with as well as being, trustworthy and excellent Solicitors.

   Absolutely appalled with this company. It took days for them to answer a simply query, you can't get hold of them. Paperwork wasn't explained at all, the worst bit is that they tried to charge £380 in extra fees that we has already opted out off (will making service) or weren't applicable to us (fee to exchange and complete within 10 days of each other!). So many additional hidden costs, please be wary of this and check your invoice. It took so long to exchange and complete even though we are first time buyers and there was no chain. We only used this company as we were recommended by the estate agents and we feel so let down, you'd think paying their high fees would get you a better service but clearly not. Avoid.

I was contacted promptly by Sharon Bell, from the beginning I felt looked after. Sharon really helped me during this difficult time. She spent a long time on the phone with me really taking the time to get all the facts in a sensitive and professional way. Anytime that I contacted Sharon if she was not available she would always get back to me very quickly. I felt that I could really rely on her and that she always had everything under control. Things were dealt with so smoothly and quickly. Sharon made the whole process of contesting my fathers will easy.
