   Sevenoaks Branch. Instructed to deal with the execution of a Will in June 2022. First they jacked the price up 25% over their normal rate despite charging by the hour. Their communication is the worst you will find with any company in the UK. Expect to receive click bait emails every 3 to 4 months designed to encourage replies from the beneficiaries. However, you will not receive a reply. Expect a list of excuses as to why they cannot make payments. The last email received was 7 months ago. The case has been ongoing for three years and still not concluded. Based on the service we have received, I would 100% not recommended this company !

   I engaged Adrian Whichcord and his team, in the Sevenoaks office, for some conveyancing work on the sale of a property. I received excellent and professional service throughout the process, and they managed to meet a very demanding timescale of offer through to exchange in 25 working days. Communication throughout the process was excellent and they were always quick to respond to any queries. I've done a lot of property transactions over the years and the service Thackray's provided is the best I have ever received. Their professional fees are also competitive. I would not hesitate to use them again, or reccomend them to others.

   My wife and I have had an amazing experience with Thackeray Williams from start to finish. Zoe and Kimberley have been unbelievably efficient and have made the whole process of buying a house for the first time painless. We were so anxious about it all but Thackray sorted everything for us and any questions we had were answered very promptly, I would recommend this solicitor to anyone purchasing a property whether nee build or not and will be using them going forward if everything needed!    We have just exchanged on a new build help to buy property using Thackray Williams and could not recommend them highly enough! They were the developer's recommended solicitors which, based on that fact alone, we were warned against using but am now so glad that we did. We've had a few bumps along the road and it has taken longer than expected but the whole team at Thackray have been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble and everyone I've spoken too (Zoe, Kimberley, Lauren and Julie) have all been lovely and so helpful and the communication throughout has been great.    We have recently purchased a new house and Thackray Williams were our solicitors. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when, half way through the process, and unforeseen circumstances meant our solicitor changed, their professional and dedication meant this had no negative impact on the service they provided. Zoe was brilliant, and did all she could to ensure we completed, even allowing us to complete early. We would highly recommend the company. Thank you for all you have done for us.
