   I've have my blonde colouring done by Lisa for a few years now, I will always go back to her! She's fab, excellent coverage like no other I've been to, she takes her time and is a really lovely person to boot - highly recommend!

   I had a piercing done here in April and have emailed Crisp studio a few times regarding this and haven’t received any response whatsoever. My Medusa piercing has had a bump at the base of the piercing that hasn’t gone away since I had it done. I had this looked over by a different piercer who determined that the bump will most likely never go away because it is there due to friction from the piercing being done incorrectly. My piercing has been pierced completely at an angle when it should be straight. I’m really disappointed by Crisp that I have heard nothing in response to my emails, especially as I was a loyal customer for a few years (getting my hair done) . The prices of the piercings are quite expensive and I expected it to be done correctly. I would not recommend getting a piercing done here.

   I had my hair done with Nicole and she is incredible! By far one of the best stylists I have ever come across, she thoroughly looks at the way your hair grows, feels and sets etc, and cuts to suit all of this. She talked me through different styles, and constantly asked for feedback and made sure I was happy! She’s an absolute queen! Dani does my eyebrows there too, and she is also another absolute gem, and honestly is incredible! Again, always making sure I’m happy and asking for feedback, and super intricate and thorough! A true perfectionist. Both of them some of the loveliest people too! My absolute favs

   I'm extremely disappointed of Lucia, I was a regular customer of hers as she got good skills and know how to properly cut your hair but it looks like if you become her regular she will become comfortable and not listen or put any effort into the haircut. I asked for some layers and she cut the front half of my head short and the back hair left it long, untouched. I have spent week's crying about it as there is not fix but to wait it grow out which can take years. She also made me feel extremely uncomfortable during the cut as she kept fake smiling at her other members of staff and not paying attention to the cut. I wanted to finish my haircut with some curls and she was not in the mood so I ended up without any style at the end. I rescheduled an appointment to fix the cut but then decided not to in the end as I'm too scared to destroy the little hair I got left. Will never go to glitch again..such unprofessional service as well. I have attached photo of the haircut in question so you can see how bad it looks. Update: the salon just called me, harassing me over the review I left, calling me a liar. I was trying to speak to explain exactly what happened but he kept yelling at me over the phone twisting my words around so be mindful, they will harass you over the phone if you leave a a genuine bad review. If he would’ve called me and asked about my experience and being understanding of my feelings instead of yelling at me over the phone, calling me a liar there was a chance of me removing this review. Never in my life experience this lack of customer service and so much disrespect.

   Wonderful salon with a great vibe. Fantastic stylists, just back from getting a brilliant new style. Staff are lovely and the coffee is great too. Might get a tattoo and/or piercing next time I visit. Highly recommended

   Lovely experience with Suzie. I have fine, flat hair and a phobia of hair salons, but I felt very listened to and cared for. It's the first time I come out of a place happier than how I came in! Suzie was also very knowledgeable and provided many recommendations of hair products suited for my type of hair. A little pricey than your usual place (57£ for curtain bangs) so I wouldn't be able to go back regularly unfortunately, hence the 4/5. My partner said my hair never looked better though, so still very happy with the experience!

   Went in for a big chop and change up and left feeling amazing! Love my new hair, my stylist (Lucia) was so knowledgeable, and offered her expert opinions and advice on how to make what style I had in mind look best for my hair and face shape. Honestly can't wait for my hair to grow just so I can go back again! Also banging tunes and a vv chill vibe, it's an 11/10 from me.

   Had put 4 star review before when they first moved to their new location but all being run super smoothly now and is such a lovely place to be. Lucia makes me feel very comfortable and is amazing at cutting my hair - I haven't been back to the same person this many times in years. Definitely sticking with her and this salon!

   The decor and atmosphere of the place is buzzing and hip. On arrival I was greeted by a smiley member of staff and offered a complimentary hot drink which was very nice. My hair stylist was very knowledgeable and friendly and I enjoyed talking with them. I would definitely recommend Glitch and I intend to return to have my hair length maintained in the near future.
