   Used this shop for many years but the current ownership are a joke, shocking customer service and downright rude at times. Would not recommended! there’s 2 other shops on the same street that treat they’re customers well and have much better products

   Some of the staff are arrogant with a stinking attitude. No eye contact and no acknowledgement when you speak or ask for something. You will at times find yourself wondering if they actually heard you. Witnessed the tall guy deliberately spitting gum out on someone's dog that was tied up outside one day when I at the bus stop next to the shop. I've noticed they often have a tendency to speak down to female customers more than they will a male, a guy will just get the silence and snatching money from your hands or tossing your change back on the counter. Had used this shop a lot over a fair number of years, sadly the current owners reputation doesn't live up to the previous guys who were in there before them.

   Good shop fairly reasonably priced but customer service is much to be desired. Used this shop many years and staff were always lovely. Current owner and staff don't have a very nice attitude towards you.

   Has a visitor house/cats sitting for a few weeks I need to shop. So very happy to have this store on the door step, read the reviews. I found it friendly has everything you need well laid out and bright, plus prices good too. If I lived here it would be my go to shop.
