Staff always friendly and helpful. A great and convenient shop, good location and very handy to pop in for various items.
Stopped in a few times before, and again last night. Came in and noticed the floor being mopped so I asked “are you closing soon?” The woman on the till was lovely and said “You’ve got half an hour so no rush.” My partner and I started shopping and not five minutes later the guy mopping the floor came right past us and said “If you need anything I can help you but otherwise we are closing.” So we left the store over 20 minutes before closing time without finishing our shop. Otherwise seems like a good selection although small for Superdrug, and a convenient location.
my purse was jammed by my notes and as i was trying to open it the staff was giving me dirty looks so i was like… you can take the next person and she just gave me a dirty stare until it was open, i genuinely dont get why the staff are so rude in superdrug cus… my purse was literally jammed what do you want me to do about it? and no im not wasting your time as I SAID you can take the next person while trying to open it but she just ignored me and stared me down like what are you looking at?? staff here’s so rude
Unprofessional staff and unwelcoming. I felt super uncomfortable by asking a question. Seems like she was the manager and didn’t ask if I need it help just assumed I was applying make up straight into my face. For a person that never wears make up. I didn’t felt she had a clue how to deal with customers. Mainly taking with themself and forgetting the customers needs.
Bunch of unprofessional and rude people!!! You’ll be better served in prison than in this shop. Btw no tasters displayed so you have to guess the inside of the product especially when it comes to make up and perfume. They probably keep them to them selves. And no you can’t return the products or you get patronised by the store manager
Super friendly staff, quiet shop
Nice wee shop with an abundance of cosmetics, hair care, teeth care, some intimate women’s care, any toiletries you need you will get them in here. Friendly staff and great if you can’t manage to get to the larger Superdrug.
Members of the staff walked with me around the store to find the UK equivalents of items that I use in the USA. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their prices were reasonable and they were open until 18:30 on Sundays. Very convenient for a Yank spoiled by drug stores that stay open till the wee hours.
