   Great customer services, got my ears pierced there yesterday, the staff was so helpful and specially Amy she done my piercing and it was the least painful experience, love the place 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to get their ears pierced.

   Awful customer experience. I have never had a problem with any staff members at the store in Craigleith before. In fact everyone had been really friendly in the past. I placed 2 separate orders to collect after 30 minutes. I went in 2 hours later to be told by Daryl that only one parcel was there . When I asked why he said he didn’t know. This was fine, it wasn’t his fault!! I then asked if I could cancel the Order Through him, and maybe pick the items off the shelf instead? He categorically told me no. I asked him what the solution was, and he said he didn’t know. And then asked how I cancelled the order and again, he said he didn’t know. He then said you’ll have to contact customer services So I asked if I could have the information. He told me he didn’t have it and I must find it. I said that this wasn’t really a very good solution and not really great customer service. He then again, quite rudely told me that I must contact customer service and it wasn’t his problem-In fact, he told me five times ! I get the fact that it wasn’t his fault that the order had not come through but there was no need to be rude to me. I am disabled and find it easier to order in advance so that I can just collect and go. To then top it all off he told me he no longer was going to serve me and that I must leave the store!!! What???? Shocking attitude Daryl - may I suggest some customer service training?
