Big store, good merchandise selection, but colossally understaffed. Wait for the register was so bad the lady in front of me left in frustration.

I got followed around my entire shopping trip and accused of being a shop lifter. And the staff member shouted at me saying all young girls are the same. Please dont go to this superdrug the most recent reviews just prove the staff are horrible here

Busy high street store with competitive prices on a wide range of health and beauty products. Has an in-store facial hair threading station. Possibly because of its location and amount of footfall, some of the staff can be a bit abrupt or dismissive, which is sad because I've had mixed experiences over seversl visits - great customer service on one or two visits, but then terrible encounters with belligerent staff on others, enough to warrant mentioning it. A note to all high street stores, we as customers can probably get these products cheaper online, but we come into the store to browse and to support our local shops. At the very least, we should be treated with respect and as human beings. A smile, a warm welcome, and basic courtesy go a lot further in keeping your stores open than any glitzy ad campaign.

Went in to buy some makeup products and have a look around, staff instantly thought I was up to no good just because I am a teenager. Staff were extremely rude to my friend, they would not have spoken to an adult customer like that. Staff giving us dirty looks and assuming the worst when all we did was come to buy some makeup. Wont be going back.

I’ve been twice now for blood tests and the service has been amazing. Steve is expert and taking bloods and is so kind and welcoming. The results always come through really quickly and I will certainly use this service again. Thanks Steve

Standard superdrug shop. We had a child vaccinated for chicken pox and the store nurse was brilliant with the kids. Definitely a standout employee.

I have been here twice for the travel clinic and both times the service had been superb. I really cannot recommend it enough, all the staff have been knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Today I called Superdrug very stressed and in urgent need of malaria tablets ahead of an upcoming trip. Steve the pharmacist made time for me and went out of his way to help me get the tablets I needed. He made sure I understood the medication and how to use it, and he also provided other health guidance for my destination. Overall Steve was extremely kind and helpful and I am extremely grateful to him and the team at superdrug Prince's Street.

An awesome range of cruelty-free products. They're cheaper than other brands and just as good or better quality wise. Vegan shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, handsoap, shaving cream, toothpaste, shower gel, makeup wipes, baby wipes, moisturisers, men's facial products and deodorants, eczema creams, eyecream, anti aging products, body butters, acne products, facial cleansers, handcream and even vegan anti-dandruff shampoo. You can get all your toiletries and beauty products without causing harm to animals + save money. Amazing range and helpful staff.
