Be careful what you grab from here in terms of raw meats. I noticed the beef I was grabbing was leaking and told the staff, got told to grab another. This leaky package got put right back on the shelf.
Honestly I really like going here, it's my go to. Staff are non judgemental, friendly and helpful. I have Tourette's Syndrome, and always been treated with kindness and respect, regardless of my tics. If I need help finding something, they've always been very helpful and patient with me. They're also so friendly and happy for a chat. I've never felt unwelcome, judged or resented. I do wish they had some more types of stock, but if they don't have a type of sugar free juice, I'm not going to hold it against them. Prices are average for scotland, but they have a reduced price very often which is often a very good deal. You get out what you put in. Don't think i've ever had a negative experience here
Friendly and helpful lady behind the till, helped me with my choice from the hot food counter and gave good advice. Top marks for staff who are probably on minimum wage but still care about their customers.

They really seem to hate topping up Gas & Electric as the machine isn't fast enough. Not anyone's problem. Have been sent to the post office a couple of times, they are just as bad. Expensive prices in here but it is for convenience. Good selection of chilled wines though. Only go here if I really need to. The turn over of staff is insane. New staff every other week.

Actually the worst shop, been in here loads and honestly can say that the workers are really rude and ignore you or push past you. This morning I was on the self service and was completely ignored even though the the till was not quietly saying it needed over riding, it took another customer to say to them before they came. And then she gave me loads of attitude, I moved out of the way for her and she acted like I didn't, like I literally moved 3 ft away. She clearly didn't want to come over.
Snappy shopper is a disgrace, regularly shop by this way due to work commitments however, app is continually displaying items that are not in stock. If you're lucky you might get a call to offer you a substitute item. Normally it's a refund which takes 6 days to go back into your account. Nobody answers the phone. Regularly charged for items you don't get. When you do.speak to someone they're not interested in your complaint. £40 order went in by the time they updated my order I paid £10. No call to offer substitute. They're not interested. Avoid using snappy shopper!
