I hate the automated service, I want to speak to a human being. Tonight l got home from a long and exhausting journey and the taxi didn't show up at Watford Junction!! Probably because the driver didn't get my instructions and ended up at the wrong area! My phone was at 1% so I couldn't call the driver and the whole reason why I called them was because it was manic outside the station, with a massive queue and cars held up in traffic and beeping each other not moving!

This cab company is brilliant! They looked after me and my wife, very well when I was admitted to Watford General Hospital. They ferried my girl to and from work when I couldn't, and they always seemed to be able to show up at short notice and were cool about me needing to change the pickup spot from one part of the place to another, at short notice. My driver was a star. I aughta have written this weeks ago, but at least it's here now! Absolutely recommended!

Worst prices don’t use. Use Uber my advise. Also, they priorities their jobs not their customers. So, if you want to go back to where you came from and they accepted a job where they’re dropping you, they can’t apparently.

I booked a taxi on the app the evening before my planned journey and received a text confirmation. The following morning at 0652 - just 45 minutes before my journey - I received a text saying my booking was cancelled, leaving me unable to find a replacement at short notice and making me late for work. When I texted my disappointment the operator was extremely rude and dismissive, first telling me there was an issue with the app but then blaming me for not checking my phone (which I had) and saying I was responsible for checking the app (which I had, and could see that the journey was booked). They were very confrontational and refused to accept that the issue was their fault. Dreadful customer service - avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE Awful drivers, they dropped my parents off and I answered the door to the driver threatening to run over my dad, and threatening to put a brick through the window as he didn't believe my parents had paid through the app. We are getting the police involved, but save yourself the hassle, and don't use this company.
