   I had my nose pierced by Nikki and then a re-sizing/aftercare appointment. I cannot fault the service at all. Nikki is so talented, was so friendly, made me feel very comfortable, and is clearly very knowledgeable. The studio is beautiful and absolutely immaculate. The hygiene standards are exceptional. The jewellery selection is stunning. Nikki spent time explaining everything to me. Really just top notch service. Can’t recommend Bold and Gold enough!

   Such a professional and friendly studio- couldn't recommend them more! I had planned to downsize my piercings- but because of lockdown I couldn't visit the studio in person. But, Nikki was incredibly helpful helping me prepare for downsizing my piercings at home. All the staff I've talked with have always been really friendly, informative and professional- and their social media accounts have a lot of useful piercing information too. I also recently ordered my first custom jewellery piece with help form Bold and Gold. Rachel was super helpful helping me choose my dream piece within my budget and listening to my desires. The whole process was really smooth and upon receiving the piece, I was beyond thrilled with it.

   Really friendly and relaxed service. Nikki put me completely at ease both about getting pierced (my first cartilage) and about the hygiene measures in the shop given the current situation. Aftercare advice was clear and easy to follow and remember; you can tell Nikki really takes pride in her work and wants to make sure it's taken care of both in and out of the shop. Definitely top of my list for any future piercings I get, would love to be tattooed here too!

   Hands down, the best piercing studio I've been to. It goes beyond the normal standards of a good piercing studio (and those standards are definitely there!), there's also a real passion coming from the team and a commitment to excellent quality and service. Every step of the process is very deliberate and treated with the same attention, and there's a real feeling with Nikki that she works with you and your body, not on you. I can't recommend this studio enough!

   Absolutely fabulous experience from booking through to the actual piercing appointment. Their lovely receptionist Rachel is very friendly and knowledgeable. The jewelry range is stunning - I love that they also work with other local businesses. I brought my mum here to add to her existing ear piercings, Nikki could not have been more lovely. She is truly passionate about her craft and full of great advice. Needless to say I also ended up leaving with new jewelry for my existing piercings.
