   One of the worst cab firms I’ve experienced. Chap pulled into car park, he didn’t know my name or intended destination. He then realised eventually that I was the right passenger (only person stood outside of the hotel) and then spent several minutes entering the destination. I did a search on my phone and told him where to go and then he said he knew the destination as he lived locally which made no sense as he was entering the address of the station into his route-planner. Upon getting to East Croydon Station (the destination) he advised that he didn’t take card payments and I then produced a £20 note for my £8 journey. He then didn’t have £12 change as he only had £10. RIP OFF!! I don’t mind giving a tip to anyone but not being forced to pay a tip as someone can’t give me the correct change. I missed my train due to the drivers delays and I’m now on a very slow train with 3 changes as opposed to the intended 1 change of train. Well done

   I would give 10 stars if I could!!! I needed a cab to pick myself and two children up from the hospital at 2.30am and take us home. I was sent a text message with the numberplate of the car that I was waiting for and it arrived within five minutes! I was feeling a bit uneasy at the thought of getting a cab late at night with my two small children, but the driver (who's name I forgot to ask) was a beautiful human being who was very easy to talk to. We had a wonderful conversation from start to finish. What a lovely man. I didn't have enough cash on me, so he stopped at a cash point for me first. The entire drive from hospital to home was smooth and safe. We were dropped outside our home and the driver wished us all well. I asked him a lot of questions in our conversation, but I honestly wish I'd remembered to ask for his name, because he was the loveliest cab driver that I've ever encountered. I would highly recommend express cabs for the service and efficiency that they provided a lone mother and two children late at night. Thank you so much.

   I used Express Mini Cab Service to go to Gatwick Airport during the train strikes and have nothing but praise for this company. They turned a potentially stressful morning into an easy, stress-free morning. Very quick response from sending a request for a quote through the website. Suzan handled my booking and she is fantastic, friendly and very helpful, there to answer any questions. Receive an email with your booking details, driver details and make over the car, contact number in case you need to speak to them which I really like. The driver was even a few minutes early and he called me upon arrival to let me know he had arrived.Amazing service. I highly recommend it!

   Express Cars is a brilliant taxi service. I was really impressed with the driver that picked me up and got me to Gatwick Airport on time, even though it was busy. There was also no waiting around for a taxi at the airport either, which I know is difficult when you're in a rush!

   Booked a cab to and from Gatwick. First pick went fine. However, upon our return we had to wait for an hour before the cab picked us up. They had all the details of the flight which is why we thought they would be waiting. I called several times and each time was told a diffrent thing. I used a cab company that dealt airports because i felt they would be a slick service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Update 5 months later: I was told to contact the company to sort out the issue I had. Having emailed and called I've received no response. Clearly they have no desire to give good customer service. Terrible process and service.

   Just left the cab driver, and is now on the bus. I waiting 45mins from him after the customer service team said the wait will be 15mins. I called three times for ETA and now I am on the bus heading to my son school late. I have been charged after school fees because the firm lied to me about estimate time, cabby was coming to collect me and my three year old daughter. My daughter was crying because she was cold. Then to put the icing on the cake the cab driver was rude and shouted at me because I told him I will be sending him my son's bill. Not happy with services. My daughter also had to witness this bad vibe from the cab driver.
