   Blonde Manager was extremely rude to my friend, we were trying Halloween items and she abruptly asked where’s is the other set of devil ears, we dropped it by mistake and she stated we have to pay, even though we were already going too and was making accusations of taking a “tag” off a lit up pair of ears.

   Blonde manager made me and my friends so uncomfortable today as she stormed over to us and started accusing us of all sorts with attitude. We were doing absolutely nothing wrong just trying on headbands and she was so rude for no reason and when she realised we done nothing that she accused us of there was no apology just dirty looks.

   Booked appointment for my 11yo son’ single ear piercing. When we arrived immediately the assistant said we don’t have any longer length earrings and we have a waiting list of 20+ people’ having called and enquired pre-booking this was disappointing. I was Informed we don’t do single piercings and the cost would be £67. Myself and my disappointed foster son left. How on earth does a national chain of stores not have suitable basic earrings and allow such a waiting list to expand this way. Clearly the manager which dealt with us possess zero business / customer care acumen.

   Be careful when you go for ear piercing. We got our 6 year old daughter's ears pierced, there is no price board at all anywhere in the shop, just before starting the procedure , the lady showed as 9CT and 18CT ear rings , when I asked how much it costs , she said 55 and 45 pounds. you should also give other options if you have or put a board starts from 40 pounds+. it is misleading without any price boards. will not recommend.
