   The 13th of November I got two angle fish one was almost dying and I end up pouring the water into my 120L tank two day later I lost 12 fish in my tank and two angle fish I got.

   Great for toys, food or various other things you need for your pets but the vets are very expensive and it feels like they're trying to squeeze every possible penny from you.

   i recently got 2 rats from here, the staff were lovely and very helpful. they helped me get everything i needed and gave me a lot of useful information. although there was a few issues. there was about 4 or 5 hamsters in the one tiny little glass enclosure and the wheel was way to small for syrians. they had no space to run around and no where near enough of bedding to burrow in. 2 of them were jumping up and down at the glass trying to get out and you could very easily see how stressed they were. this actually made me quite sad and the enclosure was way to small for however many was in there. the staff are very very nice though and i love the rat treats they sell here.

   Due to a faulty locking mechanism, I managed to lock my young dog in my car on one of the few hot days this week. I had been buying animal food so went straight back into the shop for help. All the staff were wonderful - they called the police, then the fire brigade and then, when these wonderful people could not help, the manager of Pets at Home stayed with the car watching to check the puppy didn’t get too distressed while a bystander drove me home to get a second set of car keys. I had absolute confidence that if the puppy had become distressed she would have got the firemen to break a car window. All ended happily - and a thousand thanks to the staff, particularly the manager, of Pets At Home..

   Took pumba here for his first groom in a long time. Had spoken to the girls before we went and explained the problems pumba has. From when we arrived the groomers were amazing with him. And when I went to pick him up I could tell instantly that he had had a great time and had been spoiled rotten. I came home with a happy clean neat and tidy boy and a bag of treats too. Thank you girls very much for looking after my precious boy xxx

   A huge pet store with wide variety of pet supplies , pet food and pet accessories etc, i think they also offer Dog grooming services, vet consultation and pet insurance. Over all its a one stop for all your pet supplies, in general prices are Ok, not the cheapest but you can get some really good deals from time to time and most importantly the Staff are friendly and knowledgeable .
