   Went to pick up a Click & Collect, Danielle at the counter didn't even raise her head to acknowledge my existence! I tried to give my collection number but she just barked "NAME?" at me, pressed a bell for another member of staff to get my order. Still didn't look my way, I just stood like a lemon waiting on my order. Not great customer service from her, I'll use my usual store next time.
