   Went into the shop today to look at birds. The budgies were malnourished and one had blood on its head and was missing feathers where the others have nearly pecked it to death. It needed vet treatment. It was on the sales floor. This is unacceptable. The other birds are pulling their feathers out and super stressed. Not enough enrichment or care. The hamster was also trying to escape its cage. Do not give this man your money. The animals in there are doomed a horrible life. I will be reporting my findings to the correct authorities for animal negligence. Do not buy your animals from here.do not promote his business. He also gives out wrong or false animal care advice to customers when selling animals. Take your money elsewhere.

   It would be 0 stars if possible, bought a cockatiel less than a week ago from here, unfortunately I couldn't get a vet app till tomorrow morning at Cumbernaulds avian vet, over the last few days we have had to watch the poor bird get worse and worse and tonight the poor wee thing couldn't last any longer had a seizure and died! We are absolutely devastated about this, conditions in pet shop were not up to standards shouldn't be allowed to sell birds or any animal! The only good thing about this shop was the selection of parrot toys which were good for my Amazon

   So I went in and bought a buttercup Kakariki and it turns it it had anemia whilst it was there they said it was fine she stopped eating maybe a day after I bought her so I bought her a friend same species, they clearly do not care about the animals health they are kept in tiny cages in the shop, unfortunately the little bird I got passed away today, I recommend a different shop, don't put yourself through the same stress I did trying to help, please start taking care of your animals and tell people if the pets are unhealthy when they purchase them.
