I was in the shop yesterday, the ladies at the checkout were very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable on products within the shop. I wish more shops had staff like these ladies. Thank you

The service is a shambles , that's why I'm changing to m d green . staff can never find my script even though I've checked with my health service and boots have had my script for a while , then i have to wait while they make up my script . All they have to do is take the box of pills off the shelf and put them in a paper bag with my details on it one member of staff blatantly lied to me by telling me my script was at my doctor's and they hadn't sent it up . my doctor told me boots had my script for 3 weeks.

Today 2/6/24, The pharmacist in this store today shouldn't really interact with the public, I asked a question about something i thought could possibly help my elderly mum, she never made eye contact, in fact she didnt raise her head at all, i was talking to the top of her head, was all but rude. I felt like an inconvenience. Iwould have had a friendlier response had i asked Google. Shame as the counter staff are helpful.

Once again going for my husband's tablets there not in. Saying we haven't received the prescription. Phone your doctors and when you do phone they say they haven't sent down for them. If it was a one off you would understand but its happening all the time. It happened to my medication the same thing was said. So who is lying.

Getting a prescription handed in can take a long time. Picking it up is a bit more efficient. Definitely still better than the pharmacy 2 doors down.

Love the toiletries in boots and it seems to be the only store that stocks and sells fenjal my favourite bath/shower treat.

Good choice, staff a bit slow to offer assistance. More interested in talking to each other rather than the customer.

Went into pharmacy to collect prescription that was handed in by Doctors surgery 24 hours before. After waiting in a horrendous queue for 45 mins the one member of staff serving informed me 'they had been busy' and it hadn't been processed. I was told due to their system they hadn't therefore ordered the blood pressure pills required and I would need to wait another 48 hours for it to be filled. What happened to the days they held stock? Took my prescription form back and walked 50 yards to a neighbouring independent store, plenty staff and dispensed within 20 minutes - with an apology for the wait!! Will never now go back to Boots and if they continue the way the are I see others following my example, especially going by the complaints from the queue and the number of people turned away and told to return in 24 hours...

I ordered a private prescription online, next day delivery to the branch, i heard nothing so online doctor chased them up. So I waited all day and finally got a text from boots Cumbernauld to say it was ready at 5.20pm so I run across and arrived at 5.26 and the girl was about the close the door, I tried to explain I'd just received the text saying it was ready to collect, she very rudely said "we're closed" for the 2nd time and literally slammed the door on me. I could have got in and collected it by the official closing time, to say I was angry is an understatement. Its 5 days later and I'm still angry just for the pure rudeness more than anything. Plus it was incontinent to have to go up the following day to collect it as I'd had plans that I had to cancel.
