   Worst experience I have ever had with a groomer kept my dog in a crate for three Hours absolute disgrace,and my dog that she groomed just looks the same,I will never use her again

   My 15 year old Springer with many ailments has been going here for a great number of years and I cannot fault Fanchea on any count. She has a wonderful way with the dogs, my nervous rescue dog was always calm after her grooming session.

   I visited The Grooming Room this morning with my hyper nervous Papillon Louie. He is so nervous he has to wear a yellow warning harness. he had to have his bottom scraped and his nails cut. He was a nightmare!!! Fousha, the owner had the patience of a saint, Louie was squealing and struggling to bite her and she refused to muzzle him She was gentle and so patient and managed so professionally to get the job done. She then fondly settled him and he was eating out of her hand. She was magnificent and so pleasant with it. What she charged for what she had done was a fraction of what it was worth -a joke!! I highly recommend The Grooming Room to everyone, especially people with lovely but difficult dogs. Thank you Fousha

   Hamish has never gone anywhere else. From he was 12wks old we took him to visit and get treats for several wks b4 his first appointment. The owner was wonderful woth him. Every 8 wks since then(he's 7 now) and we love how gorgeous and happy and relaxed he is when he comes back. The owner genuinely cares for the health and well being of every animal she deals with. She has pionted out any changes in his body in case we may have missed them. Hamish has a wee growth under his chin. The owner actually measures it with a ruler and notes any change. We trust her totally with the hairy member of our family. She dotes on dogs and is wonderful with dogs even with behaviour issues. She has studied dog behaviours and adopts dogs which otherwise might not have homes.
