Aug 2025 - 5 Stars Very pleasant staff. Had a slight issue with toothbrush purchase, Molly the cashier was very friendly and patient and reassured me with my purchase. Definitely recommend! Please pass on my compliment to Molly and the Manager. Edit: Dec 2025 - 3 Stars Has the staff changed in this branch? Different people manning the cashiers the last two times I went. Both times the same woman with glasses was unhelpful and had no customer service at all. Did not greet, did not help, made me felt like a nuisance to her. Downgraded to 3 Stars now because of this.

Cheeky staff will not be bk in the store. Ask a question with some products I saw online about prices. As the prices was different on the Shelves . To be told does it say half price on the shelves no the red label underneath. Well I don't know you have to take it to the till . For them to check.
Hannah S served me today, was looking for a gift for a friend. Bought lovely gift and through her excellent sales technique I bought myself some perfume too. Using my advantage points I got an excellent deal. Hannah your communication, excellent understanding of what I required was fantastic. I also bought my brother an electric shaver with so much choice it was great to compare and choice made we left very happily. Thanks Hannah your a great front of house ambassador for boots! Brilliant

Visited the store this morning at 11.30 and wanted to buy some hydrocortisone cream. I was told that I couldn't get it until the pharmacist came in and that wouldn't be in until 1 o clock.
Good choice for make up, although lots of toiletries are cheaper in other stores. Would only buy from here if looking for a particular brand like Sanctuary or No7. Good deals on perfume sets but cheaper at times in Perfume Shop. Still good that you can collect points.
