   The service from the staff was first class! I’m sure I looked like your typical struggling dad wrestling his 2yr old into behaving but I assure you it was for the safety of your entire store. I only managed to catch the name badge of Clare/Claire (dark hair) who was ever so helpful at the till but also at least 3 other members of staff (Two blonde (one with glasses)) and dare I say a younger member of staff (I’m sure only by a year or two) all of whom looked after me during my short but productive visit. I would like to thank them all as it made the experience a lot smoother. As a store, it had every item I was looking for which made my whole day much easier. Great job all round!!

   I attended this location just a couple of weeks ago and the lovely Clare gave me a great tutorial on eye make up! She has so much patience and we had a great informative chat. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to learn more about make up she’s so professional.

   Without a doubt the best customer service of any Boots & even most other stores. Claire on No7 is fantastic. And there is another lady who used to work on the Healthcare section who has now moved into cosmetics who any store would be so lucky to have. I didn’t catch her name, but has tattoos & undercut. So helpful, great advice. If only all shop staff could be taught by these ladies!
