   Was in to day for 2 things 1st flu jab staff where very good and professional. Secondly a picked up an online order that I had placed. It was a Christmas temp guy called Matthew who served us. Absolutely lovely lad couldn't find my order got help and did manage to find it as someone had put it in the wrong slot. Which is Absolutely fine Matthew was very apologetic and appreciated our wait time. So thank you for being so kind that's what all businesses need good staff members.

   Went to ask advice at pharmacy as had allergic reaction on face and scalp. .Pharmacist Carolyn , was amazing, prescribed cream , tablets and going back for shampoo as out of stock. Wonderful service especially as then didn't need to go to doctor. Thank you, skin was better within minutes. ❤️

   Absolutely no perfume or aftershave out whatsoever in the past 4 months. This included the run up to Christmas when people are trying to source gifts for loved ones and they can't even sample anything. Abysmal when it's in a shopping centre with ample security guards.

   A great shop usually but yesterday's shopping experience was marked by a shop assistant that was rude and disengaging. I brought an expensive bottle of perfume, she didn't look at me, she tutted when I told her what I wanted, I got no thank you she just put the perfume down with the receipt and walked away. I understand that people have hard days but maybe she's in the wrong job if she can't even utter thank you. The shop was not busy at all so that was not an excuse for walking away. A very sad experience.

   The store itself is well stocked, but the Pharmacy staff are appalling, especially the main woman, don't know her name and don't want to quite frankly. The Customers at the pharmacy counter are regularly ignored while the staff finish their wee chat, but what really annnoys me, is their attitude, you are not better than anyone else, you don't know what I do for a living, so stop treating your customers with contempt and talking down to them like we are nothing. If you see a customer waiting, do your job and serve them.
