    Avoid this vet at all costs! My elderly mum took her dog and paid Β£110 for health check we were told this would be around 30 mins and then 55 for flea treatment Vahid Ardani was horribly rude he did not check the dog just looked at his teeth when my mum asked about bites he sed u have to point this out to me and sed to test would cost Β£300 my mum was less than 5 mins in the office he was rude and not interested in the dog atall. We now have to pay to take the dog to another vet for a proper check up as he told us nothing he always advised he was the manager of the practice ajd told my mum not to come back. Disgusting way to treat a customer and there pet I will never return and wont let this go. Strangely enough there is no customer service number to contact only an email

    Very poor customer service. I always get incorrect information. I once called to make an appointment for Lola, but I don't know why "someone" is also making an appointment for Pirate. Before the appointment, I received a text message about Lola and Pirate's appointment, which I hadn't even asked about. I brought my two dogs with me to the appointment and asked the receptionist to check Pirate's information because he was already vaccinated, and she replied, "Please sit down, the vet will check it." I was ignored. I don't know what the problem is with providing this information? Too difficult? Of course, the vet never checked and double-vaccinated Pirate, and then the vet told me the receptionist failed. Today I was told it was the vet's fault, LOL, it's a circus. I am so regred I did not write official complaint , "sorry" is not enough for me or that pathetic " I am so sorry hear that". You put my dog on reask receptionist to lazy to providing information and vet not checking before vaxined!! I pay for a care plan, and I can't get what I pay for. Of course, I received different information about this from the vet and the receptionist. And of course, no one can accept blame for someone who is at fault, just like the children. The service at Bersden is much better. I don't recommend this place. It's strange when you can't even find information about your dog! I took my puppies in for a checkup a year ago, and the vet came up with some strange illnesses a month later The puppies had checkups elsewhere, and none of these strange illnesses were confirmed. The dogs are healthy. They were told they had heart defects, something with their teeth, and that one of the puppies needed kneecap surgery because his hind legs wouldn't bend. Shocking!

    An absoloute great place to get ur pet treats, foods and toys and much much more. The staff are super friendly and the vets in the back of the store are just incredible. The way they look after every pet is just sooo reassuring. Would never go anywhere else. This team is hands down 11/10

    I didn’t even want to give a 1 star .. went in on Monday to see about registering my kitten for worming, flea treatment and vaccines as my kitten has none. Receptionist was polite but literally said they are not registering kittens has they have ran out of vaccines they said I could pick up flea and worming from the store pets at home but they can’t even give me advice on what I’d need the store would have to do that. Anyway left feeling helpless & a bit upset as really wanted to get mystique looked over & registered with this company because all I heard was good things. Anyway decided to call Dumbarton store and they said they’ve not heard of such a thing was reluctant to want to register me as my local vets would be Drumchapel store. I explained what Drumchapel vets for pets said and they said last year they ran out of vaccines but it’s definitely not a thing this year and they should be able to register my little kitten. I’m so confused because now my partner phone Drumchapel and they have now said we are low on vaccines and we can register her now but won’t get seen till next week. This is bad services and communication as far as I’m concerned because this was not what was said on Monday literally was told nope to being registered and not even advices on any other branches that we could go to.

    Friendly staff, everything was explained clearly and all my questions answered. I even got a call the following day to find out how my cat was doing. Professional and kind.

    On my initial phone call to book my dogs in I felt like I was being told what's best and most convenient for vets4pets. I called back a second time and was met by a much improved customer service from my initial call, my booking was taken and my deposit paid. On the morning of my appointment I was given 2 hours notice that the same vet who I had spoken to on my initial call decided my booking shouldn't have been taken and continued her bad customer service by cancelling my appointment, even though I had already arranged time off work and transport to get myself and the dogs there. I've now gone to the forge vets4pets and the customer service is night and day. Also can someone explain why the same service I was getting at drumchapel branch is considerably cheaper at the forge branch?

    Absolutely shocking! I registered my cat with this vet as soon as I got him 5 years ago, he was last seen 2017 but I have kept in touch and during covid I phoned up about a stomach upset but they were only seeing emergencies! I phoned last week and they were going to give him an emergency appointment, or could monitor and gave me number for out of hours. He ended up needing urgent care and went back to out of hours. Since last week this vets deactivated my account without telling me and refused to take him for his follow up treatment as he hadn't been seen since 2017! There was only one vet in and they were in surgery all morning with back to back appointments this afternoon. I'm pleased to say my cat is now registered elsewhere and receiving the care he needs! Avoid this vet as clearly they care more about the money than the animals they are supposed to provide care for. Not the way to facilitate care at all!

    I always receive good service from booking the appointment until completion of the appointment. Reception staff are always very friendly and courteous. The vet is very caring and respectful with my cats. A couple of years ago I had to say goodbye to my beloved Lucy and the staff were amazing and gave me a condolence card with her paw prints on it that was such a lovely thought in my distress. I was given time to be with Lucy and to cuddle her while she was being transported to the Rainbow Bridge. What can I say but staff at Drumchapel are amazing.
