Vet was brilliant with my dog but by god price for ear drops is expensive. Feel as if they take advantage of situation. Can get the same eardrops online at a 1/3 of the price. Noted should my dog get ear infection again.

Amazing doctors β Iβm so grateful for everything they do for our wee Milly (Black) Weβve visited Vets4PetsB for a range of concerns, from an injured paw and a swallowed bone to a phantom pregnancy. Each time, weβve been seen by different vets, and the care has been consistently exceptional. What stands out is their genuine warmth, thoroughness, and unwavering patience - even with our silliest questions. Thank you, Team Vets4Pets for everything you do. Youβre simply brilliant.

I have used the vetinary services since the practice opened. The staff are always knowledgeable and kind and provide an excellent service Sadly we needed end of life services for one of our much loved pets. Stuart and Emna visited our home and made what could have been a very traumatic time very peaceful. Thank you both for your kindness and compassion

Vet Zoe is incredible. We had to put out 14 year old Chocolate lab down a few weeks ago and she was the most honest, genuine, sincere person Iβve ever met. She was really professional but had so much compassion and empathy. Thank you for everything, it was an incredibly hard day but you showed us genuine care and we really appreciate that. Vets for Pets team are all amazing 5/5 stars definitely!

I am really pleased to have found Vets for Pets in Dumbarton, it's such a weight off my mind to have an exotics vet who can look after our parrot close to home and my 4 year old westie was cared for so well during a recent ear infection. We've had a lot of vets over the past 4 years and it's such a relief to find one who understands out concerns around breed reactions to steroids and allergy medications, which can be incredibly toxic to westies, and doesn't judge us on our decision to feed raw. We've recently added 2 more westie puppies to the family and again our choices around Lepto4 were respected and they helped us ensure that the new additions got the Lepto2 injections. Giving 4 stars as this is by far the most expensive vet we've been registered at (and there has been a few), the markup on medications and prescription costs are high. But the peace of mind are worth it.

After my dog was hit by a car, I took him to vets 4 pets in Dumbarton. After an initial examination I was told the treatment would cost Β£200 for the 1st day and Β£250 for the 2nd days treatment, so signed the consent form. When I return at the end of day 1 I was greeted with a new quote of Β£433 for the 2nd days treatment and the day 1s treatment would now be costing me Β£303. This is After they gave my dog methadone and phoned me saying to fear the worst as he wasn't responding to them after being giving the very strong painkiller and that he'd need a neurology specialist. I refused this stating that they'd just giving him extremely strong painkillers how were they expecting him to respond. I took him to the pdsa and they done a fantastic job with my dog and for the treatment that v4p had bumped from Β£250 up to Β£433, I donated Β£150 to cover the actual cost of the treatment. I'd like to know where they found the other Β£300 of treatment from for my dog. Disgraceful praying on people and their animals in their time of need. Will not be back

The procedure was a lot less in terms of cost than I was expecting and the vet/nurse was excellent in explaining different options available which we took up on such as pre surgical bloods and the surgical suit instead of collar. The work that was done is incredible. I had my dog in to be spayed which I have been so worried about but the wound is so neat, tidy and clean looking. I'm very impressed.

Have been taking our pup Bailey here since we got him and the service and care we have received from receptionists and the vets (Melanie in particular) is first class. Nothing is too much trouble for the team here and Bailey is already very comfortable when he pays them a visit. Would highly recommend.

Immaculate, nice friendly knowledgeable vets, however 1 of the receptionists, older lady with blonde hair is very dry, quite rude, she thinks shes the vet, rest of the receptionists are lovely, that 1 lady in particular is quite off putting, nearly didnt go with them because of her.but I've been at this practice for years so I just ignore her, overall immaculate and friendly.

Excellent vet practice. We have a lively little Cocker Spaniel who can get himself into lots of mischief but on every occasion I have been confident trusting Cara and her team to provide the best possible care. Would never take Flynn anywhere else.
