Recently moved to Tetbury, only to find Malc/Tetbury Hardware a few paces away - but what a find! A fairly frequent visitor for various odds and sods, and Malc always delivers! Although it is, don't fall into the trap of referring to TH as an 'Aladdins Cave!' Tetbury Hardware is an asset to Tetbury; to quote the man himself 'Use it or loose it'.
I love this shop. It has everything you can possibly need and they are super friendly and helpful. What a great asset to Tetbury.
Malc has the lot here, Sledges, fans, you name it. You'll be surprised what he has tucked away in the shop. Like Del Boy, he can get his paws on most things. Luvvly Jubbly.
Great choice of goods, opens nice and early
Why run a customer-facing business if you can't achieve even a rudimentary level of politeness? I have a tip for the owner: someone who comes into your shop to drop off a parcel probably lives locally and might make purchases in future if you're courteous and helpful. I, however, won't be back.
Went in for a couple of little bits and pieces for a projects but didn't have what I required, that being said they do have a lot of stock for a small shop and very friendly and helpful.
Everything you need right on the doorstep. Great little hardware store, lovely people. Another thing that makes Tetbury great: the home of really good independent retailers and victuallers.
