As always our cats were given the best of care by Billy and the team. Gives us real peace of mind on holiday to know they are being looked after well.
Billy and his team, are the only people that I would trust with my little beautiful Persian Luna baby. It’s like a home from home for her. Keep up the good work guys. The new Pods look amazing. Now available to book for humans. The recent addition of Pygmy goats, micro pigs and chickens just adds to the incredible vibe of the location.
An excellent service from the team, picturesque, very comfortable, great location, great hosts, fully equipped cottage with the central pieces for me the sophos sound system and the log burner fire. A must stay.
Buttons and cuddles were looked after very well I would highly recommend the cat boarding .even picked up and dropped off 5***** service thankyou

First stay at Holmbyre for my wee Bella. Was delighted to see her look happy in the photo they posted and was reassured that she was okay while I was away. She's been well cared for and I definetly have no doubts about here staying here again. Thank you very much to you both.
We stayed in the Smithy for a holiday cottage, so this isn't actually about the cattery. We had a lovely stay. Beautiful landscapes, a little Brook running below the decking which runs the length of the smithy along the back. Hot tub lovely in the evening. The owner is really helpful and was on hand for any questions. Thank you!
The best cattery ever! We first used Holmbyre in 2020 when we moved to the area and were going on our honeymoon. The boys loved it, and I could watch them on webcam. We've recently moved home and needed to put them in. Booked online which was very smooth. Had to add a night which we did online and got email confirmation. Then we needed to add another day, on the day, phoned up and the guys were amazing and said their chalets were ready so they could come in early. One of our cats has a special diet and he was truly looked after. They were so relaxed when they got home and settled in. I am so grateful to the staff at Holmbyre for making this a home from home. Would definitely recommend if you want your kitties to be looked after and loved and in safe hands.
