Danielle did such an incredible job grooming my 8 year old Samoyed. As a new mum with little to no time to groom her properly, I really appreciated the time she took with her. Will be back again soon!
Fantastic experience! My bernease has never looked better. She is usually quite nervous but she was very well taken care of and didn’t want to leave. The groomer was knowledgeable and patient with our girl. We will definitely be back!

My dog who went is with absolutely no matting for a routine groom came out shaved, legs and all. He is not a breed who’s whole body should be clipped unless heavy matting is present and any decent groomer would know that. My instructions completely ignored and shrugged off when mentioned. Do not recommend.
***AN ATTENTIVE & CARING OWNER WITH FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL GROOMING SKILLS*** I had never used OMD! before but desperately needed my 7 yo hairy-hairless Chinese Crested, Twix, groomed before he went in for an operation on Tuesday. Danielle contacted me after receiving my message and, having had a cancellation, she fitted Twix in and… WHAT A RESULT! Twix has skin conditions that make it very sensitive- Danielle discussed this with me in detail and selected the Anicura range to use on him (I’ve just ordered the products online- she knows what she’s talking about!). She listened carefully to what I wanted done with Twix in terms of his cut (I like him comfortable and cute, not the breed-standard cut that has him completely shaved) and she delivered it completely on point. Twix usually gets very carsick but he must’ve been entirely relaxed with Danielle as he was fine on the way home- no stress! Today (day after) he’s still darting around happily in his ‘I’ve just had a bath and I’m more comfortable/hyper’ way! So, I’m pleased, Twix is happy and I’ll DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! NB it is clear that Danielle dotes completely on every dog she grooms- she’s attentive and caring. Her love for the animals shone through when discussing Twix’s life-story (he was adopted from the Dogs Trust aged approx 2 after being found wandering in a car park, at night, in the rain). She will look after them as if they are her own.
What an amazing job the girls done with my lad Mac. I groom him 1-2 times a day but he really needed a good scissor tidy up. Despite being only once before about 3 years ago, he obviously remembered what a good time he had then and dragged me into the shop! Im biased and think he's handsome anyway, but the girls enhanced that with their skills 100%. Would definitely recommend!!
Had my Lhasa Apso Pixie & my Mother-in-law's dog Max cut by Danielle yesterday, and could not be happier. They went into the groomers needing a full hair cut and came out looking fabulous, and smelling amazing. Max is a very nervous little dog that's why we always put the 2 dogs in together, on collection Danielle said they were fab even we Max, no problems at all. Fab little groomers have made their next appointment in time for Christmas. Thanks Danielle, we will see you soon. :)
I only go to get my dog's nails clipped, as my dog doesn't trust anyone else to clip her nails. But i really love this place, and if my dog had long hair and had to get it cut this is the place i would go. The girls really love the dog's and take care of them well.
