   We had our dog booked with Elaine for a full trim. We arrived at her property and waited to be greeted and the dog to be taken for his groom. After waiting 20mins with no response- we were ringing the door bell and phoning, we decided to leave. After driving away we received a call from Elaine saying her phone had been on silent (no apology). We turned the car around and returned to her property only for Elaine to come out and say she couldn’t groom the dog, she was running late (this was a 10.15am appointment so?). She did not offer to rearrange and at no point did she offer an apology. I cannot emphasise enough the lack of care she showed at having wasted an hour of our morning and now leaving us with a dog needing a trim of his coat in the middle of a hot July. A disgraceful way to run a business and treat people. I’m actually glad we saw this behaviour prior to handing over our dog- I would not want him left with a person who behaves like this. Avoid at all costs.
