    The products are amazing and have a good price. The staff is however quite rude. When I went to the till I said 'hi', I didn't get any answer but staring. I almost asked if they recognize me because I am the customer. The other member of staff came to the till, I said 'hi' but again I didn't get any answer just rudeness. Of course when I left and I said 'bye' they couldn't care less.

    Keep your eye out for sales and specials. Arco Avonmouth have now completely cut back on their range of tool's, although I think that they are still available online. Their range of hygiene, safety and personal protection equipment is still as vast as ever. There are a number of parking spaces immediately outside the entrance. The staff have always been very helpful.

    Waited to be served for around 10 minutes. She was sat on the floor doing something with her back to the desk. Got no reply when I said hello, either of the 3 times. Eventually she moved and I caught her attention. Didn't even smile once.
