Terrible shop opens late and the staff are not helpful at best never anyone on the till unless you hunt Around shop to find staff. Shop lifters heaven
I want to sincerely thank the young blonde gentleman who helped me today. I had two large Evri parcels, and even though the returns cupboard was quite full, he managed to fit them in without any fuss. His kindness truly made all the difference in my day, especially after a difficult evening walking all around town and dealing with very mean staff. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, I just wanted to let you know how much your kindness meant to me!
The Evri machine is broken more often than not.
Poor customer service. Went to self service checkout, needed verification for alcohol. Waited ages whist 3 members of staff at the other side of the shop were having a chat. Had to go over to ask for help. Went to pay but machine wasn't accepting contactless. No sign to tell me this.
I give 5 stars because is one of the few shops opened after 22:00.
My Items where marked at lower than actual price and then they overcharged at the till thinking I wouldn’t notice can’t afford this sneaky thefting behaviour in these hard financially times actual daylight robbery
It's a Tesco's what do you expect. Management only worried about profit, so Too few staff, No money spent on cleaning, and Heaters turned right down to save money. The problem is there too big ☹️.
Good store, unless you're behind somebody trying to pick up a parcel. Single person on checkout trying to work her way through massive pile of parcels to try to find the right ones. Absolutely no criticism of staff, but a very stupid system.
asked my 61 year old mum for her id when buying alcohol then threatened have her removed from the store when she didn't produce it. bad even for a Tesco's which isn't saying much
