   Just shopped in the store were me and my family shop every day of the week. Absolutely fumming as i forgot my club card which was my fault but i was 30 pence short for my shipping and the assistant said i was not aloud to ow the 30 pence until tomorrow so the lady behind me paid the extra x

   Driver with delivery came at night and he made very clear that they don't deliver shopping upstairs, first floor, that if they do it it's just because they're "being nice", that I am lucky because other driver wouldn't do it. That's unacceptable. I am a costumer for years and I still don't understand why you say delivery "at home" when my home is upstairs and not in the street as he was suggesting me to collect it. If you offer a service "at home " then be clear because otherwise I go myself to the shop, another next time and I don't wait a week to receive my order. Very disappointed considering I buy online for a very specific reason that I don't have to explain.

   A great day out, we enjoyed seeing all the different biscuits and finding out what shops were like in the old days, but it's best to take your own food unless you want to pay supermarket prices, we'll definitely go back if the security guards not there, highly recommended
