This store is my local and I come here every week to do my food shopping. I am a disabled person and I am wheelchair user I go around the store to get what shopping I need. I always find very annoying and frustrated that I can't always get all my items I need because they are on the very top shelves I can't always reach them because I am in wheelchair. Lot of the time there is no staff on the shop floor to ask for help to get some items I need from the top shelves. So I end up leaving the store with not all my shopping and going home I think this is very wrong and very bad that supermarkets don't think of disabled people and people in wheelchairs.

Typical small Tesco with limited range. They've also started discontinuing the cheapest versions of everything and also started doing 'cheats', i.e. an item at £1.65 suddenly becomes £2, clubcard price £1.65. Not so long ago 225g bags of sweets started at 29p, now they start at £1.10.

When it comes to reduced items, be careful it’s cheating . Just a few pence discounted for broken boxes, missing items.

A handy little medium sized store. The prices here I think are a little more than in the bigger supermarkets and there is a limited choice - which can be a good thing if you have trouble deciding what to buy! The staff are (generally) really helpful and (usually) cheery too. It is worth getting a clubcard as they do have good prices on somethings every so often - and it is a small price to pay to give them access to your purchasing data - which can end up in you being given more great offers :) This particular store also has 4 EV parking bays with a Fast Charger and medium charger... handy to know!

Staff require training on how to treat and acknowledge customers and to not make assumptions about them.

I have just had the most SHOCKING service as an employee was using sarcasm as i apparently look underage for a playstation gift card. Since when was there an age to buy a gift card for a console. How is that legal?

Refused to sell me a scratch card because of no ID, I'm 30 and just bought alcohol in the same shop, the woman at the counter refused me as she knew I was buying it for a homeless person. Terrible behaviour, especially around Christmas.

Great place. It is not a Tesco Express, this is a 'big' store. In here you can find good deal ONLY IF you have the member's card - without it things will be pretty much expensive. To any end, in the store you can take ID photos as well in a machine - 9 pounds the set of 6 photos, but expensive however you are 100% those will be accepted.

An absolutely shockingly poor selection of free from ready meal options, literally one meal available, what is this, 1960? Get with the times guys, you're meant to be leading supermarket. Don't bother coming here if you have any food allergies, waste of time. I will never shop here ever again.
