   They seem totally obsessed with their deliveroo orders and are not interested in serving people in store. You can be waiting at the unattended till points indefinitely and unless you seek help you will continue to be ignored. However, if you do seek assistance be prepared for a frosty reception, it’s almost as if they are doing you a favour. The place is a shoplifters paradise due to most of the store being unattended at all times.

   This has to be the worst sainsburys local you can find, there is never anyone at the tills to serve, have to go and find staff, they then give you a dirty look cause “how dare you disturb me from doing nothing”. I moved to the area a year ago and it was fine, now it’s gone down hill, the manager is a lovely man and genuinely tries to help and sort things out, but everyone else just doesn’t care, plus I know it’s a convenience store, but to charge 20p extra for a bottle of beer is a joke, the main stores sell them for £1.90. This place needs sorting out asap.

   Overcharged for a meal deal and when queried the manager went back to the display which appears the Costa cans are placed in the meal deal section although no longer part of the meal deal, This is misleading especially when items were part of the meal deal previously and people grab items on the go. I suggested that they should move them for others to avoid being caught out but the manger Ollie basically said it wasn’t his job and there was no apology.

   Great shop, has a decent selection of all ranges, stock in meal deals, fresh fruit and meat is usually low but is probably due to current situations. Checkouts nice and fast and decent prices when offers are on. Use more than other locals for these reasons.
