   The main manager acts like he’s bigger and better than you. Asked a genuine question about a product and he gave me a very miserable face and pointed towards where it was. The product wasn’t there so I asked when it’ll be available which he replied with a sigh “we don’t know. if it’s an issue go to another shop” I think the customer service in this shop is disgusting

   i tried to get a waffle that was 75p yesterday and now it’s £1:30 this is rediculous you need to change these actions this is disputable

   every Wednesday I pop in here to grab my lunch as it’s the only place I’m able to park a lorry while on route. 90% of the time I walk back out empty handed. They never ever have any sandwiches pastas or anything. It’s by far the worst co-op I’ve ever been in someone needs to look into this issue

   We keep being advised to shop local & that’s fine with me but Co-op Memorial Road Hanham are 99% always out of stock of the basics. No packs of bottled water yesterday, advised delivery later that day, never happened, went again today still empty shelves & never have any Pall Mall cigarettes either. Whoever is controlling the stock of the above items + potatoes of which they never have any needs to up their game, for an expensive local shop it leaves a lot to be desired, especially the young blonde girl on the till today who just likes a good old chat to the people she knows but is ignoring constantly about lack of stock when you mention it.

   The employees were a bit angry for no reason but the food they sell is clean fresh and they have some nice food I like the egg and bacon sandwich it's surprisingly good the first time I got a meal deal it was a bacon and ketchup sandwich they didn't have it so I got egg and bacon and fell in love even tho it has mayonnaise which I don't usually like it just works so well my dog also loves the egg and the bacon and my whole family like the co-operative and there sandwiches so ye it's pog get food from there NOW!!
