Make up your mind Royal Mail. I put ‘pick up from delivery office’ and you ‘tried to deliver’ again. No doorbell, no door knocker. I was sitting waiting for 2 hours then discovered you’d left the red card in my letter box . Infuriating

High value Item missing through delivery office. I ordered an IPad through tracked delivery. Delivery was never attempted on the allocated day or on the re-delivery date I selected. I was told my parcel was at the delivery office a week later. Once I attended the delivery office, they told me that my package can’t be found and has gone missing. Many items have gone missing through this post office previously. I think an internal investigation should be done on the staff working there. I do not trust Royal Mail to deliver my packages in future. I have raised a complaint and hopefully more is done about this. Vera however was helpful in trying to track my parcel once I attended the office, so I appreciate her efforts.

I had an issue with insufficient address details on my parcel which unfortunately resulted in “return to sender” stated on my tracking information. I called Royal Mail customer service line and was given advice to attend the sorting office (even though closed to the public until the morning) with the hope of stopping the despatch back to its origin, which was looking likely later on today. With panic, I headed down there to be greeted by a polite and calm gentleman called Raphael. I then was put in touch with Jason who was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating in finding my parcel, with the help of Mandy who was also glad to be of assistance, who pulled away from her other work duty at the time. All of them having a smile and cheerful disposition throughout, making me feel I wasn’t a nuisance. My parcel was found, my ID given and I was a very happy and satisfied customer. What wonderful staff at Richmond sorting office. I honestly didn’t hold much hope before arriving, but thankfully was met by such welcoming and helpful people. Thank you so much!….and to the member of staff that pointed me in the right direction to park, but didn’t get his name unfortunately.

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Only open 2 hours a day! We have complained directly to Royal Mail for years about the fact they refuse to issue a proof of posting when returning an item. Royal Mail claim the staff should provide one when asked. WELL THEY DON’T, EVER.

Just a huge thank you to Darren from walk 14 for his act of pure kindness! He remembered that we moved houses and delivered to us the parcel which had our old address on. Our redirection has expired 2 months by then. Such a thoughtful and kind person. It has saved us a lot of hassle liaising with the new tenants of our old house and arranging a collection. Like others, I was in all day and no attempt to deliver was made. The collection service is quite frankly disgusting staffed by rude disinterested people. 8am-10am is useless and an insult to working people. The sooner Royal Mail disappear the better then perhaps we can get a fit for purpose mail service!

Every other delivery company seems to deliver our parcels without an issue, yet with Royal Mail we now have 4 missed parcels to collect only a 2 hour slot on most days that we can collect them - impossible with work. There's days when I have been working from home yet come out in the morning and see a 'missed delivery' card - they dont even attempt to ring the doorbell and deliver it. Now you have strikes on top of this delaying orders! Hopefully companies stop using Royal Mail due to their unreliability
