   I was involved in a minor collision in the Tesco parking lot earlier today. Although the situation was stressful, I want to thank one of the Tesco staff members who helped me a lot. I don’t know their name, but they had curly hair, wore glasses, and were working at the counter around 9 PM. Their kindness and support made a big difference.

   Staff were really rude almost as though I was distracting them from what they wanted to do!!! The site has just been fully refurbed, the staff now need to be sorted. Seems I am not the first to call them rude.

   Why did you stop taking Evri parcels? Everyone is now going to the tiny little Premier on Ridgeway Lane and it is now inaccessible to walk around the shop. Also thanks for wasting mine and anyone else's time wondering why pay at pump wasn't working the other day. Queued behind 3 peeps doing full shops only to get to the till and the employee says "I'll turn them on". Just a flick of a switch when they feel like it.

   What an absolute disgrace! The most expensive petrol in Bristol today, Clearly taking advantage of Holiday ttravel people are going to be doing for this bank holiday. Petrol and diesel both 183.9 pence a litre. A city petrol station more expensive than a motorway services!! Profiteering at it absolute best well done tescos

   Popped in to tesco express and tub of lurpak was 30% more than the same item in the tesco store half a mile away. Rip off Tesco.

   What an absolute joke. Every time I go in to get my lunch for work they always have the sandwich isle closed off so one person can stack the shelves... I asked if I can grab a sandwich as to which the lady was very rude 'well, you will just to wait she won't be long'. So I all the items I already had I through on to the closest shelve and walked out only to hear the lady finding me rude and the situation funny.... Disgusting service

I have difficulties and bless them they take their masks down at the checkout (behind the screens) so I can understand them and they are very clear so I can understand what is going on. They are so lovely and helpful. Thank you all so much you really make a difference. Love to you all x

   This place has THE rudest staff who seem more interested in chatting than serving customers. A red haired female who failed to switch in the pump and a large guy who eventually realised people were queuing both need a rocket up their backsides. Was left standing on the pump for ages and had to resort to going up to the window to attract attention... When I was eventually served after waiting in a lengthy queue I asked a perfectly civil question of the large guy which was met with the rudest response. No such thing as customer service here.... Only cheap Esso fuel and expensive Tesco prices for groceries. Avoid filling up here unless you wanna be left standing like a lemon in sub-zero temperatures!
