   I only come in Saturday mornings for papers and scratch cards for wife and daughter plus sometimes a few bits, olive being served by Jasmine always got a smile and so pleasant, a very rare these days, she will be embarrassed but deserves praise

   Good choice, although just after New Yearvthey had some empty shelves. My main bugbear is that they have done away with most of their manned tills but then only have two of them staffed during the late afternoon/early evening rush. Management there doesn't seem to be up to the job!

   Tesco Exoress in Knowle is s small convertible store with a great range of goods. Lots of checkouts some self service and free car parking for only 30 minutes. £70 fine if you a second over 30 minutes.

   Racist store stay away!! I just got accused of shop lifting (by the elderly lady at the counter and the security guard at the door) when it was clearly evident that I had used the self service and I was clearly holding the receipt whilst exiting the store. Had I of been shoplifting than surely the alarm would of gone off when I had exited the store? If I was white this would not of happened to me. I wouldn't even give 1 star to this racist establishment.

   Use this store a lot to grab essentials. Not a lot of choice, but the main things you need are there. Staff are okay, some are friendly, some are less so,just depends who you get. Sometimes it is hard to manoeuvre around this store as it is so tiny, so not the best place for wheelchair users and buggy users, especially when the staff are putting out the stock. It does get quite busy, and parking is limited, there are a few bays outside the store, and there is on street parking. There are 2 self shopping tills and usually one person on the main till.
