   Trying to avoid this store as much as I can. The staff is not very friendly and the service with Evri awful. They should provide correct opening hours for both store and parcel service, I received a message today that I could collect until 10pm but store close at 4pm. However I arrived at 3.20pm and they told me parcel service is open only until 3pm. More information beforehand would be appreciated. Not to mention that the Evri printer is mostly "broken" or out of service very often.

   Absolutely appalled at this branch's attitude towards honest entrepreneurial spirit. As a freelance customer service agent of over 6 years I have enjoyed making a little pocket money by hanging around in busy shops and directing people to the things they are looking for in exchange for a suggested donation via my mobile card machine. I have done this at many Tesco Expresses, Sainsburys Locals and even some Polish shops and have never had an issue due to the fact that this fee is never DEMANDED only ever SUGGESTED. It's just being an upstanding participant in the local community. However yesterday when doing my typical shift the security guard who I think was new told me I "wasn't authorized" to be "inside of" the "shop". Obviously I was livid as I am a normal human being who just wants to be left alone so I exercised reasonable force and gently pushed the security guard in order to assert my very right to exist. Unfortunately this new security guard wasn't very stable on his feet and went backwards through a gondola of limited edition Super Mario Brother Pringles. I was then manhandled by another security guard who told me that "I was for it now", which is a very threatening language to use with someone who is trying to help people have a better experience and wouldn't swat to hurt a fly even if it was on fire! Pushed the the limit both emotionally and physically I was soon on the wrong side of the exit to the branch. I had suggested to the gentleman who escorted me out that I would accept £25 nominal compensation presented there and then on my Dojo card reader but he called me "out of my bloody mind" which only made me feel more bellittled. I know this will come as a disappointment to many of the local community but I will not be providing my services in this branch again. Instead you can find me at the Aldi up the road 6-9pm most weekdays. At least the Germans know how to respect the actions of the hard working.

   The staff are usually friendly and helpful but they need more resource. Again today there was one poor member of staff expected to manage the staffed and self-use tills. As the Clubcard offer didn't work at the self-use till, I queued up twice and the whole 'popping in' experience took ages. With prices so high, people will eventually give up waiting around and just go to aldi.

   Well done Tesco for getting goat butter and goat milk into my local convenience store. For someone who can't eat cow diary it's made life a bit easier. Just need to get goat yogurt now.
