Literally donβt bother going here, they donβt do any fresh food and nothing is ever in stock

Staff seem nice but the shop has always some problems. Every summer as soon as the heat comes all the fridges stops working, leaking all over the floor. The meal deal selection sucks, no options for dairy free iced coffees. Sad times if this is your local shop.

Not really a complaint, but they refused to takeΒ£20 noteβs as they said we are not taking them anymore Govt deadline is until September you can use them. Wondering why theyβre not taking them when you can still use them in Lidl and Morrison

Door slammed in face 5 minutes before closing time trying to buy toilet paper and baby milk for newborn and his mum. Christmas spirit and all that. Staff still shopping at self check out while I was refused

Convenient little Tesco in the retail unit part of a small block of apartments, where the old Cashmans building built 1912 used to stand. Itβs best feature is that it is Convenient, easy and quick to get to and the long opening hours come in handy when you need something early or late. Staff have been on the whole excellent, although I normally use the self-service, that way I get a receipt. It is a habit of a few places, not just Tesco, lately at the checkout not to ask or give a receipt. Call me old-fashioned but I do regard them as essential. It doesnβt have the range of a normal Tesco and sometimes popular items, especially on sale go out of stock, then they have to wait for a scheduled delivery by 44ton Truck and Trailer. Some items are good, especially their own pizzaβs, the best and cheap compared to a Restaurant. Several items but not all can be cheaper like snacks and especially liquid refreshment, like water and 500ml Pepsi max, 1.25litre Pepsi max. Overall sometimes items on sale at a good price regularly, pleasant, fuss free experience, convenience, especially hours and some excellent food items. One last reason is Tesco Clubcard, I have my points converted to Air Miles so it is invaluable to keep my balance going between trips so it doesnβt expire and they do have Clubcard offers for holders from time to time in store, like Pizza.

One of the best Tesco's in the area (the other being West Street). The staff here are extremely friendly. Some comments on here (especially from Chocolate Girl) are absolutely disappointing. The staff do their damn best to help people. One of my distant relatives work here

They never have anything decent and its just scattered all over the place. Horrid staff too. Especially a short haired blond girl that normally works behind the cashier. She was just very cynical and rude. Oh and they never seem to have money in their ATM machines
