   Really unpleasant experience with a grumpy man who works Saturday midday on the tills. Drove out of our way to go there to collect a package that had been reported as delivered, but when we got to the till the man told us "it's not here". We asked him to check again but he refused. He didn't apologise for the inconvenience, or help us out in any way. We just had to awkwardly leave. A customer came up to us afterwards in the car park to say she felt for us and that the experience was really uncomfortable.

   Staff need training in customer service. I asked for a bag and they never bothered packing it for me. The girl behind the till was ringing someone on the phone and continued talking while I was trying to buy my shopping. It was just bad manners, lazy and lacks in customer care.

   Great local store, good selection of food and drink from local producers as well as Co-op products. Good beer and wine selection. And they were literally lifesavers during the pandemic when they set up home delivery to people isolating. Legends.

   Went to drop a parcel off for yodel delivery service and they had no print in store labels and I was told it had been a week when drivers collect daily. And seemed a pricey shop for location as no other option close by. Shop was clean . Till lady was being abrupt with customers and flirting with some even calling them darling . Won't be returning

   Welcome.. to have a bite to eat.. if u have children then a good chip shop..n bakery..with more than a few tables fix..with seating for your kids n car parking as u like. Strawberry line is five minutes...if u cycle
