   The store has a little bit of everything: clothing, toys, homeware, snacks, and more. You can also find reasonably priced kitchen appliances and some very cute bed covers. If you’re after a specific item, it might be best to order online or opt for click-and-collect, as availability can be hit-or-miss.

   Useless staff. Almost like they don’t want to work. Miserable grumpy and pathetic. Don’t get me started on the security too. Always opens the door 10 minutes late, probably because of lack of sleep or something. Needs replenishment of staff from top to bottom!

   I was waiting at the returns department/kiosk, which was very busy and there was one person behind the counter, she was dealing with returns and serving the kiosk and was also doing the call-outs, this lady was marvellous and I made sure I told her this as majority of the staff there are quite ignorant, this lady was called Maria and she worked her behind off dealing with irritated customers, she was lovely. I think Maria deserved the wages of 3 people seeing that she was doing 3 jobs.

   Possibly the most unhelpful staff, layout and stock options. Went there to visit the pharmacy and was refused emergency prescription fulfilling 1 hour before close when there was 3 staff available, was told admin was more important. Another time visited and selected 3 for 2 option on airport minis, all the products were labelled wrong so was charged twice the amount that was displayed on the label and no 3 for 2 discount when we got to the till. When we asked staff about this they were frantic and rude and told us we should have read the barcodes to figure it out and tapped the self service tills so hard the screen was shaking and other customers were all in visible shock. [Photo includes example of wrong item in wrong place labelled as £4.50 single or as part of discount (3 for 2), but was £7.80 at till and not part of discount. ] There any many instances of unpleasant experiences at this shop. Overall: in a convenient location but I would not go there if I wanted a reliable shopping or pharmacy experience.

   I visited Asda on a quiet Saturday evening and was looking for an item that wasn’t on the shelf. I approached the only employee on the shop floor, Rayhan, and he was incredibly helpful and kind. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service, even going to check in the back of the store for me and he found the item I needed.

   It's a big Asda supermarket store here in Bedminster, Bristol and very spacious aisles, clean and well stocked shelves. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we got what we came for so all good. You do need a car to get here as it's not near the city centre. Not my favourite Asda or my favourite supermarket but hey ho, there were go!

   I use this Asda all the time and since all the new self check out tills have been put in I find it all so much quicker and less queues. The reason for my review is that when doing my big shop with my self scanner I had a quality control check … one of my items didn’t scan !! Mortified !! So I had to have a whole trolley rescan …. The very kind gentleman Bob … was really kind, really efficient and didn’t make the experience awkward at all. Great customer service.

   I found it good and affordable. Most of the staffs are friendly and supportive. Parking space is big enough as well. Overall good experience for last few months. Few occasions the coconuts were spoiled even if is not near the expiry dates.
