   I get my paper from here 6 days a week and quite a lot of other stuff too. I was in the shop when the person who complained about rudeness was there. I thought Ian behaved with commendable restraint when confronted by someone so rude and impatient. Posts like that say so much more about the person who posts them than they do about their target. I've never had anything but good service from the staff in this shop, but then I'm not rude to them.

   I would like to reply to the lady who left the bad review about Ian as we had the very opposite experience with the viral prime drink My son has been trying to get his hands on the drink since release in June 2022 with no luck He had heard it was being sold in the local spar. When he went in there was none on the shelf - he chose another drink (sadly) when Ian asked if he’d managed to try prime yet! With my son answering sadly not I can’t find any - Ian went out of his way and found him a Bottle - he really made his day Thanks Ian for being amazing / I guess you can’t please some people but you most certainly made my little boys day - your brilliant - me personally - I can’t see what the hype is all about haha
