   5 star for this shop because some of the staff is friendly , but sometimes i encounter a very rude staff guy , while Im sending my parcel his face is not happy. But overall Excellent service convient shop location , sending and collecting parcel for Evri.

   absolutely filthy in there, smelt awful and there were about 100 flies all nesting on the same sign and coming in and out from a hole in the ceiling - confident it would fail any form of hygiene inspection. would not recommend eating anything thats been within a 5m radius of it.

   I was apprehensive after reading all the negative reviews but had a completely different experience. The guy behind the counter was very helpful in printing an Evri label and sending the parcel, and even kept an eye on my bicycle while I faffed. Seems like they have improved since the plethora of 1 star reviews were posted.

   Claims to be an Evri parcel drop off point but NEVER accepts parcels. Why run a shop when you can't even greet your customers when they walk through the door, or look up from your phone when serving? Awful

   Evri allows 10 days for parcel collection, but the store owner said he returns all parcels after 3-4 days. I consequently don't have my parcel, and it's a huge faff to track it down. What an unhelpful person. He said he doesn't have space for the parcels, so perhaps don't be a parcel shop?

   Very rude man behind the counter. Would avoid if you are sending/picking up an Evri parcel, they don’t seem to like this despite obviously signing up to be an Evri drop off point.

   Extremely unhelpful. Won't print return labels and rather rude about it! Have contacted amazon and evri to let them know not to list them as a return option!

   don't believe all the bad reviews - which leave me baffled. This store has been there through thick and thin. The staff are reserved but very polite and thoroughly decent. I have kept going back for 15 years so it cant be that bad.

   Incredibly rude staff. Seems like they actively don’t want anyone in the shop. Avoid using as a parcel drop off or collection just not worth the faff as often not open at the advertised times and you are treated incredibly rudely.
