I thought the security guard wanted to carry my basket, the way he followed us round anyone else would of thought he was with you. He did actually run across the front of the store so he could follow us. This was my first time in this store. Hopefully it was getting robbed by someone else while watching me lol
The worst run petrol station in Bristol, very slow service cars normally backing on to the road at even quiet times, also the most expensive for fuel in the area. Closed on a regular basis. Closed to refurb the shop and made zero improvement to the speed of service just installed self checkouts that are rarely used because you can’t pay for fuel and when something goes wrong you have to wait five minutes for the one person serving to sort it out or call for assistance which takes about 5 minutes and I’m sure they get told off for doing so. Wouldn’t waste any time or money here
Great place to pick up some groceries when you get your petrol or even if you don’t need petrol. Generally well stocked and generally clean and tidy, nice range of goods and fresh products. Very good facility for local residents, who may need something but not want to go to a large supermarket
Public Health Warning: it’s impossible to breathe inside this building. Smells like the used diapers of several hundred sick babies have been festering in the back behind a shelf somewhere. I gagged when I walked in. Staff member (who I’m amazed hadn’t passed out) said : we keep trying to get it fixed. I’ve been genuinely been feeling bad about the employees working conditions since I left. If there were ever a time to pay at the pump, it’s at this fuel station.
This shop seems so be so desperate, that they employ staff without elementary customer service skills, some of them are incredibly rude and I’m shocked that now days a customer could possibly be treated with such disrespect from such a massive company for asking the basic politeness from a cashier. I have mentioned this issue to my colleagues at work and happened that some of them had a very similar experience with that member of staff, looks like she has already created a certain reputation to this shop. Shame I have no opinion to give “zero” stars to this store. I shall try my hardest to get myself heard at the highest point of management. If this business doesn’t want my money, which I was leaving there nearly every day, I have no problem to bring it to another business. Now I deliberately avoid any Tesco, let my “every little” help to someone else now.

Regular customer, staff are okay some more unenthusiastic than the rest. Always have lazy looking “security” leaning and on their phones.
The most helpful and kindest staff; it’s so refreshing to see such great customer service and they go out there way to find certain products. Amazing service !!!
On more than 3 occasions I have been ripped off by the counter staff & on one of those occasions they had me go back home to get everything I had bought and scan it again. They overcharge other too but people don’t stand up to it On my part, I shall never go there again. I always give a second chance but I hate confrontation so be careful and check what you buy
Handy garage with local convenience.Gets really busy at times,so rather than block up pumps if no parking space(very little),park just down road and walk up.You could spend time waiting in traffic as traffic lights causes go stop traffic anyway.
