    I have visited this High St store twice in a few days, and they have consistently over-charged me for items. The prices on the shelves are lower than the till prices, so it's your responsibility to check and confront the staff when paying. This is an illegal practice. You are entitled to the lower price. The staff are clearly not adjusting either the till or the shelf price when told about it. Be warned !! Plus, why does each Co-op store have their own loyalty points card, so that you can't use one across all their stores, as with the High St and Badger Rd stores in Thornbury.

    Great place to shop as it also has a post office counter. Which makes it easier to pay bills and top up gas and electric by card.

    Good water guns and spiny windmils. One dude is amazing, he said he loved my Batman impression. However…. Regretfully there is one un-named person, who has lost a few loyal customers this morning. Hope the dude starts working mornings.

    For a high Street convenience store it is very highly stocked in here, in fact I swear they have added an extra isle nearer the back of the store by the post office since I worked here when it was circle k years ago because it feels very cramped like some sort of bad dream where the further you go the smaller it gets - on the other hand if you pop in late on a Saturday you can usually buy some reduced bread or pastries for a reasonable price.
