   It’s 5.25 I was at the window looking at men’s chains and the woman in the shop looked at us and then proceeded to literally slam the shutters down so loud it actually made a crashing sound. What a cheeky Karen. I’ve worked in retail myself and she needs sacked someone please investigate her attitude it was completely unnecessary and unacceptable most warren james would never treat customers like that

   Went here to buy a gold chain and cross for my dad the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for me very knowledgeable and very helpful the manager was great I think that's how the staff are very pleasant and very well informed as to what the company expects of its employees keep up the great work doing a fantastic job
