    I had my nails done on a Thursday and by Saturday, seven of the 10 nails were already chipped or peeling (I’ve never had this happen before). I had asked the gentleman who did my nails to put polish on my nail tip edges so they wouldn’t chip and would look more finished but he refused by saying that they don’t do it that way. While I was having my nails done, two separate women came in the salon asking them to fix their chipped nails. Very disappointed and would not go there again :(

    The best nail bar I've ever been to. I'll never go anywhere else now. They really look after your nails & I find my manicures last for weeks since going to Joanne's Nails. Complimentary drinks too.

    Not all reviews are for the current owners. All the good reviews from over a year ago are from the older owners. It’s been new owners since about just over a year and the owner is very good but can be inconsistent and the nails chip a lot. She left her good customer based nail shop in Croydon for this utter madness. When it comes to the quality of the work and business, not good.

    The most gentil and relaxing treatment I have ever received in a nail salon. No tugging or scratching, just care and artistry. You are my go to from now on! Not only are these absolutely stunning, but the tech enjoyed doing them and you can tell by the attention to detail. My natural nails are taken care of and these are going to last very well I can tell! These are perfect for the holiday season coming up. Thank you so much!

    Been coming here for the past year - that in itself should give you a sense of the type of place it is. There is always a friendly atmosphere (I look forward to my catch ups with Amy!) and the prices are affordable. Never known a salon to have such an extensive range of colours too.
